You can make a difference to unprivileged children
Breaks 4 Kids gives children from low income households the chance to participate in school trips and youth group activities. This introduces them to a wider world, expands horizons, builds self esteem and confidence and enhances their communication skills.
"We were delighted when we found out the Breaks 4 Kids funding had been given to our group. This will make a tremendous difference to the running of the trip – we can now afford to take children who would otherwise have no holiday at all during the year. For many of them inner city life in a deprived area is pretty grim – a week away from it all makes a massive difference to them and often to their families."
Every year, Breaks 4 Kids is over subscribed; we hate to turn away any applications so we increased our funding target to £1million. Kind contributions come from our corporate sponsors and individual supporters.
